Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, TITAN Fitness Limited cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes.
Due to continuous product development specifications and colours may change and we may substitute a product for one of similar or better quality - please confirm upon order. E & O E.
Please consult your Doctor before using any product.
All products are subject to availability.
Some products are deemed as 'Special Order' goods as they are either sent directly from the supplier/manufacturer or are ordered in specifically for a particular order. Please check this prior to ordering as the goods may not be returnable.
All images on the website are for illustration purposes only and to give a general guide of how the product may look once assembled. The actual product may differ slightly to that in the illustration.
All products are delivered flat packed and will require assembly by you. Installation is possible for an extra charge; please call UK 01472 344432 (local call rates apply) to arrange for a quote.

Orders
How To Order:
Please note that in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.We have three methods for you to place your order! Telephone, mail, and Internet.
All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is out of stock.
Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for backorder items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Telephone Orders:
Telephone orders can be placed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 14.00pm. Have your order and credit card details ready. When placing your order by phone, you will be given an order number, which you need to keep for future reference.
Mail Orders:
If ordering by post or fax you must provide all relevant information (i.e. product code and description, name and address, post code and contact telephone numbers). Please allow min. 4 working days for clearance of personal cheques on top of normal delivery time.
Internet:
Log onto www.titanfitness.co.uk and follow the online instructions. Please Note: at present we are unable to accept orders from Overseas on the website. If you require assistance or a specific quote for shipping overseas please call us on UK 01472 344432 (local call rates apply).
Credit Card Orders:
If you are ordering by credit card (mail order) the goods must be sent to the cardholders registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone TITAN Fitness prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional written documentation. Please note that orders will appear on your statement as a debit to our associate company South Bank Marine Ltd.
Distance Selling Regulations:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order within a seven working day period, from placement of order (see cancellation terms below) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund.
Specific Delivery Date Orders:
It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. TITAN Fitness Ltd will endeavour to make this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. TITAN Fitness Ltd will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
Order Cancellation/ Refused Deliveries:
(See also Exchanges/Returns) - You may cancel your order for a full refund without condition up to seven working days after receipt of our confirmation of your order other than when agreed by you in writing.
Please note that all our products are handmade to order and therefore if you refuse to accept delivery for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, you may be liable for all charges other than at the discretion of Titan Fitness Limited.
Deliveries:
Free Delivery:
All orders for products on our website over £999.00 are delivered FREE to mainland UK addresses, excluding (but not limited to) the following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all offshore postcodes. There may be a delivery surcharge to these postcodes. Items less than £999.00 are subject to a freight charge which will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Restricted Access:
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, carriers delivering on our behalf MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles. This includes but not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. TITAN Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges & a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. Please note that orders for TITAN machines are crated and weigh up to 600kg and can only be delivered to a suitable location accessible by pallet loader.
Delivery Terms:
Please Note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises, which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.
Delivery:
All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note that unless the carrier/supplier offers a delivery booking in service your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no-one is home & the goods returned to the carriers local depot to await your contact. Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons. Please telephone to confirm current delivery times.The freight delivery service you receive may vary among carrier companies. Since most carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle and regard inside delivery as an extra service cost, it may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home, this is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block. If you have alternative delivery requirements, please contact TITAN Fitness. Be sure to include one or two phone numbers in case the carrier needs to notify you to arrange delivery.
All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8am & 6pm. Our carriers are unable to give specific times for delivery.
TITAN Fitness will not be held responsible for any delays/damages due to third party carriers, nor will we entertain any claims for compensation where the carrier fails to deliver at an agreed time.
Any claims for damages to property caused by any third party carrier must be taken up with them directly.
Damaged Goods
Shortages or Damages:
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. UNDER THE TERMS OF WARRANTY YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY FAULTY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO TITAN FITNESS LTD.
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive & look for any damage. It is noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to the equipment / packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS "UNEXAMINED" OR "UNCHECKED" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You must cross out "delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. It is Very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages must be reported to TITAN Fitness within 48 hours of signing. Neither TITAN Fitness Ltd nor the carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. All damage and shortage claims must be filed with the carrier; therefore TITAN Fitness is subject to the Carriers terms and conditions.
Collections/Faulty Products:
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must be packed in the original packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.
Once the items are received back at TITAN Fitness, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product. Please note that if the product is found on inspection NOT to be faulty on it's return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.
In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part within the item, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent. Please note that for special order items replacement parts will require ordering from overseas & may take up to 4mths to arrive.
Exchanges or Returns:
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO TITAN FITNESS LTD.
Warranties:
All products on our web site are covered by a manufacturers warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than that for which it is deemed fit for purpose you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in. For example a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require please ask & we will be happy to check if the products are suitable. No manufacturers warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable & necessary care. If you require clarification of the terms for particular products we will be happy to supply these for you.
Installation:
If you require installation on a product / products in the catalogue, the time between order & installation may be longer than for that of delivery only.
We will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.It is imperative that the space for the product/s has been cleared & that access is unrestricted. If the installer is unable to commence work due to the area not being cleared or access not being available at the agreed time TITAN Fitness reserve the right to charge £25 for every half hour the installation engineer is unable to start work. We must be informed at the time of placing the order where the product/s are to be installed. All prices quoted are for ground floor installations in the main building of the property or a garage at side of the main part of the building. Installations above or below ground floor or outside the main building i.e. an outhouse etc may be subject to surcharge, especially if not mentioned at the time of order. You may be asked to assist the installer to get the product/s to their location, if no help is available then a 2 man installation may be required at extra cost.
TITAN Fitness are within their rights to refuse any installation if the installer deems the installation location to be hazardous or the request unreasonable. If the product does not fit into the area where the installation is requested & a representative of TITAN Fitness did not measure the area, then TITAN Fitness cannot be held responsible, therefore the customer will incur the cost of the visit. Agreed installation times must be adhered too.
Adequate parking / vehicle access must be provided by the customer. Any charges incurred by the installer for parking etc will be chargeable. If the installation time is extended by there being inadequate parking / access then the extra time will also be chargeable at £50 per hour.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that the installation has been carried out to their satisfaction. If the customer is not present when the installation is completed the installation will be deemed as completed to the customers satisfaction. Any subsequent visits that may be required will be chargeable at the same rate as the first visit.
